She could be just having a false pregnancy , my last dog had loads - check time see if she has built any nests under tables etc , often put their toys in them too as babies

This is a possibility. After a heat cycle a dog can have phantom pregnancies. Milk builds up behind the nipples and because it doesn't get used it can become infected. We had to get ours spayed because this was a constant problem after a heat.
