Does anyone... Have a dad nap

Every day. I sleep for about five or six hours at night then have at least an hour and usually two, every afternoon.

I always need to rest my voice before work or I don't sing well.

It's 12.30am here and I've just got in from my last show but this is relatively early for me. Get in about 2am. Whisky, snack and some telly until about 3 or 4am, back up at 9am then coffee and straight on with working on new songs or just "widdling" on my guitar until the Mrs wakes up at about midday, (at the earliest).

Living the dream you marra.

Naps always make me feel worse and turn me into a bit of a moody twat. Owa lass hates me having one. Having said that I love having them on the off chance I’m able to

I'm blessed, marra. I honestly am. I "work" for ten hours a week in the winter and about 15 in the spring to autumn and the Mrs does six hours a week and yet she can still sleep for 10 to 12 hours a day.

Life with no stress or pressure whatsoever, is a very good life indeed.
Sounds ideal mate.

Only down side is only getting to about one match per season, though thanks to eye pea tea vee, I've never missed one for about six years.

I'm often on stage on a Tuesday night, singing on autopilot, watching on my tablet.
Not necessarily a bad thing marra.
