Hate mine...got to tough it out till I'm 55 as I'm well paid and had the benefit of final salary pensions for a good while, then I can start cashing my pensions in. Hope to can pick up a VR package along the way.

Reading through this has made me realise just how much I dislike my job so I am going to apply for a new role within the same company. I don't think I will get it but if I don't start applying for things then I will be stuck indefinitely..

I reckon I average 42 hrs per week with a 30 min commute each way and think that's just the right side of ok.

Similar. But I work when I need to. I got in at 7 today but sometimes I get in at 9.30
