I had a very strange/realistic dream last night involving someone from my past and when I woke up I was in a right one this morning.

I had a dream years ago that the Mrs had said she was leaving me and taking the daughter (baby at the time) with her.
My fury from the dream made it to the waking world.

I tend to make a point of remembering my dreams. Yes it affects my mood sometimes.
I have had one where I saw our lass affectionate with another bloke, no one I knew just a faceless bloke

Have to be honest rarely get a good enough sleep to dream. But have had some right realistic ones previously.
From which I woke in a right state at times... quite scary on reflection.
