Get yourself to the dentist mate for a guard,mine are apparently full of hairline cracks caused by grinding and clenching over the years.

due an appointment in next 2 weeks I will ask him about it. cheers

In my sleep apparently. I've tried 2 different guards but I used to wake up a few times a night literally chewing on them and feeling absolutely knackered when I got up so I binned them off. The wife says I don't half put some effort into it in bed like (fnarr fnarr).

Yes. I have a mouth guard for when I sleep.

When I sleep. Have a guard which I don't wear cos I've worn it through. Need a new one.
