Do the Scots actually hate the English?

In the fridge next to the Butterscotch

The natives of Scotland refer to themselves as Scots or, in the singular, Scot, Scotsman, or Scotswoman. The related adjectives are Scottish or, less commonly, Scots. Scotch as a noun or adjective is objected to by the Scots except when used of whisky and in established phrases like Scotch egg and Scotch pine.

My Dad's side of the family are Scottish, I went to University with Scots, I've worked at companies with offices in Scotland and so travelled up there, I've been up there loads of times not related to work, met Scottish lads and lasses loads of times on holiday when I was younger.

I can't think of any time I've even seen a hint of any anti-English sentiment.
