Disney world Florida

Bargain. Isn’t Melbourne in the middle nowhere?

It's on the coast. It's a canny bit further than Sanford was and loads further than MCO. Just looked and it's 60 miles from the parks. If you're hiring a car anyway then it's not bad.

I’m here now flew into Melbourne thought ah it’s only an hour and a half from Disney

A biblical rainstorm and the traffic killed that idea and it took about 3.5 hours

Next time I’m going into MCO

Apart from that it was a doddle no security queues etc
Just over an hour to Orlando.
Aye without traffic or rain!

For a lot of people, the choice is a drive from Melbourne when you get there, or a drive to Manchester/London before you leave to get to MCO.

If only they flew to MCO from Newcastle.

Jesus.

We fly into melbourne in a few weeks time. Heard good things about getting through the airport quickly. Just hope the drive isn't hampered by weather/traffic.

Went through Melbourne in June. It was brilliant. Much better than MCO.

It’s tiny so way more relaxed when you’ve got little ones with you. About 1 hour 20 to where we stayed in Disney.

That was exactly it, flying from NCL was great but we wished we’d flown from Manchester when we were driving into Disney from Melbourne, 6 and 2 3’s really!
