Discovered a load of glass plates dating from the 40's and 50's

Shot by the father of my stepmother. She was going to donate them to the local camera club, no doubt they would have dissapeared and mysteriously appear at auction later

Many family scenes, but also abstracts, landscapes, portraits of local characters, and architecture. It's mostly Lincolnshire, so maybe not of direct SMB interest

I can honestly say he was a superb photographer. You will agree with me if you see them. Died a few years back. I never did meet him.

I hope to scan them when I have time, and I shall hopefully post a few on here.

I'm tempted to set up a posthumous website for him
