Have it about once a year and always love it. Really should eat it more often, not sure why I don't.

Yup all the time. Don’t dip just eat the bread and spoon the egg out. Remember to always smash the egg in with ya spoon to look after the seamen. Bad luck if you don’t.

Sorrry I meant, on the toast soldiers I have anchovies spread on that I've crushed up with butter in a pestle and mortar, fabulous should try it. Got it from Gordon Ramsay, on one of his YouTube videos, Dippy Eggs with a twist

This, got our own chickens so super fresh eggs and often do for wife and son but never bother for myself. Always wish I had when I do it for them.
