Dinner this evening



Monkfish and prawn curry. Lusherooney base of curry leaves, mustard seeds, shallots, turmeric, ginger and coconut milk.

Week off graft starts now so will be having a fair old skinful to accompany bait and subsequently lounging on the privy all day the morra.
 
Pasta and sauce made from chicken, bacon, onions, peppers, tomatoes and herbs. It's not authentic - just a use up odds and ends in the fridge type sauce.
