Winger
Aged 42 yet has considerable amount of experience as he started coaching at the age of 20.
Starting off a youth level and then onto Assistant Manager and Head Coach.
As head coach he enjoyed his best spell at Granada getting them promoted to La Liga and being the youngest Manager in the Division.
Granada enjoyed their best ever start taking 20 points from the first 10 games and were in top spot for 2 weeks.
Qualified for Europa League and reached Qtr Final before being knocked out by Man Utd.
He then decided not to renew his contract and moved to England for a year to watch football mat he’s and study with Managers like Pep Guardiola.
He is currently available after being sacked from Olympiacos after being knocked out of Europa League 4th round

Currently considering young unproven but promising Managers like Sablé and Still. Martinez has a fair bit of coaching experience and has studied the English game.

Hi Walter, hey I am not saying he is the answer. I was looking at bookmakers odds and saw him there and knew nothing of him. Did some research and thought he has some interesting possibilities, like taking a team from level 2 into level one and into the Europa League. Any Manager that can do that should be considered.
Of course they would need to do further research like, how much budget did he spend, what style of football but like I said… it would be worth considering.
