Derry Girls

The final episode was tremendous. The opening sequence with Orla dancing should be in the TV highlights of the year TBH.

What I loved about the show was that the "adult" characters were as important as the five main characters in many ways. The fifth episode of series three, where their teenage selves took centre stage, was magnificent!

Was going to hold off watching the last episode till tomorrow night but me and the missus watched it tonight.

Absolute top quality comedy and tv.

Spent most my life on holiday as a child and as an adult in the north west of ireland.

Did used to shit myself going over the border tbf as a kid but if you know Derry you would enjoy the show even more.

The city I knew even 20 years ago is massively different today.

Love the digs about strabane mind throughout from start to finish
The best thing about the show is I know loads of family and friends in Ireland who I can relate to the characters.

Even the wife who’s a Donegal native I slag as one of the characters (not saying who mind)

The wee English fella line is my favourite as that’s what my family would call me and my brothers :D
