  2. I've noticed since starting to take hemp seed oil capsules my moods and general wellbeing seems to be improving. I'm starting to feel much better than I have done in a long time.
Keep up the fight folks, lots of love and my very best positive wishes to you all xxx

    Had a cry since
I'm so tired and fed up right now.... Nursing my husband after major surgery which also means shouldering the manual work (live on a smallholding, solid fuel central heating etc so I'm constantly fetching & carrying and looking after animal stuff)
I know he feels terrible and this won't be forever, just really got to me today. Fucking black dog.....

It's funny you say this because scientifically it's true.
The Sun is a source of Vitamin D which improves testosterone levels which improves mood.

Got diagnosed with Severe depression and PTSD because of a life event which happened in January, during the time I went the whole month without going out during the day, sleeping, eating etc, showering was about the most I could manage. Drinking every day and trying out street drugs for the first time, getting involved with the authorities, it was bottom of the barrel bad but coincidentally that bizarre recent heatwave happened which made me snap out the mood I'm in. I just felt like it was far too warm to be indoors so I went for a walk, but then it turned into a run every day to the point I can go outdoors without being prompted.
It appears I had a massive imbalance of Endorphins, a brain chemical which stayed dormant during while I was doing nothing in January and the warm weather and the running pretty much kicked out most of it.

The symptoms of my PTSD remain because of unresolved issues but it atleast kicked my mood management into gear.

But a great tip for people is if it's warm outside, get yourself out, do anything, do something. It's why I'm really bummed about this weeks shitty weather, I was getting back to how I was before then.

Inflamed intestines and polyps @Ginger John more results to come
  6. Ouch! No wonder you felt poorly. Did they take tissue samples for testing?

I had polyps snipped off in my colon. I watched them do it on the screen while they were in there with the camera. It was quite fascinating really.

  10. Priorities mate

I was so tempted by Barnsley and nearly bought tickets even though I'd be driving back late at night afterwards.

Aye its tiring even though its not a long trip. I was out for a meal tonight in agony with back and chest I was just hoping to be sorted by now I can have couple of beers that's it I keep thinking when we go to Wembley il have a few more but I really cba I should be able to have 5or 6and enjoy my trip but I probably shouldn't.
  12. It's frustrating but they'll get you sorted eventually when they work out what it is and give you treatment. I couldn't drink at all when my crohn's was flaring but I'm ok with some alcohol now I'm in remission.

For people that suffer with anxiety do you get a nervous feeling even though you might not be thinking about what's making you anxious? Like I know why I have anxiety but now I could just be sitting at home (generally when the feeling starts) and I just have this nervous feeling without the thoughts, I'm finding a glass of red wine is helping. It used to be I had to have something specific on my mind to get me anxious but now it seems I don't need a particular reason!

  15. My hemp seed/cbd oil capsules are possibly helping with this.
I used to get the fear / anxious, desperate in fact, but those symptoms have eased up significantly thankfully.

Where do you get these? Any side effects etc?

    Yep. Most days.
  17. I have my next colonoscopy in a month, i really fucking hate those things. I'm a bit worried about it tbh.

I get them off amazon /eBay but you can get them from Holland and barrets. Only side effect is making me feel a bit sleepy but that's a good thing oh and stinky farts . Seriously, I think my body was lacking the stuff they have in them xx

That's very common. I have a close family member for whom that is the most common manifestation. (The reason I'm saying this is so you don't fall into the trap he has of being anxious about his anxiety.)
  20. They're worth a try. I've taken every antidepressant going over the years and this stuff is natural.
