This is really odd.

I am using my laptop to send this. When I try to access any part of this message board I get ...

I have no problem with other web sites on the other PC.

It means you are using an old security token to access the message boards. Try clearing your browser cache and/or doing what the message says -

ie. Please push the back button and reload the previous window.
