I've used that Rego recovery stuff the last couple of weeks and it seems to work. It could be psychological thoughbut.

Ok sorry, your body can only absorb around 30g of protein in anyone sitting, this has recently been open to debate, but it is thought maximum of 50-60g in one sitting, the rest is pissed out. If your protein shake is 30g protein per shake then you're over doing it and wasting money.

I use QUAD because they (4 different proteins) each have different absorption rates and it's a 35g total serving, taken once after a workout, hope that's ok with you.
