Don joined after him. Was in his band for a fair few years. He joined Ozzy from rainbow

My head might be pickled and i really should remember but i thought he played on the first LP but didn't do the first tour. He was around for say 3 years after that and did tour.
He'll know Sharon and probably Tony Dennis too.

No. He's the monitor guy. U know him? I'm dons tech[DOUBLEPOST=1391368153][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'll ask him after the show tonight! I think you're right. He didn't do the first tour. He came in after that. Think he joined in 81 till about 85
He does know Sharon and tony for sure[DOUBLEPOST=1391372197][/DOUBLEPOST]

He speaks so highly of randy. He was there when he died. In fact he went up in the plane just before it crashed. And was on the bus when it crashed into it. Horrific.
I met Randy's mum Delores last year and went to her music school. Lovely lady

I post as Dangerous Dave on SGL and PAIG. Not sure he'll remember me, I am a total amateur compared to him!

Don was on his first LP but i'm fairly sure he didn't do the tour. There was another fella who did the tour, called lindsay i think.
Sharon Arden was tour manager, top f**king girl.

Sharon Arden is now Sharon Osbourne right?

Don Airey also played with Tull if I'm not mistaken?

I was more involved with Ozzy but Randy was a great great fella. Apart from being one of the best talents in the world he was a real easy going lad. When they played Brighton there was nowhere to stay so we ended up along the coast at Eastbourne( i think) in a big guest house type place.:):). It was like a f**king retirement home so you can only imagine what they made of ozzy and co.
I looked after Randy a few times too when he went shopping, i remember Canterbury being one. RIP. He was a f**king top lad.

I went onto a forum to try and get a contact for someone i knew and ended up in an argument with 100 ozzy fans about the date of a concert. It was 20 years earlier but i was certain i was correct and didn't back down because events meant in my mind i couldn't be wrong. They were going f**king radgee saying i was wrong. Anyway, a few of them discovered a week or so that i was right all along!! They all apologised.:)

Alan White was born Pelton, mebbes him?
Alan White grew up in Ferryhill and went to Dean Bank Juniors and then Broom Secondary Modern. He was in John Lennon's Plastic Ono band and then Yes.
I was in the same class as him at Junior school. No idea who, if anyone, he supports.

Yes, that's correct. She was Sharon Arden back then, daughter of Don Arden the promoter.
Sharon ran Jet records which was part of her dad's business and ozzy's label.

I love deep purple. Machine Head is the best album ever, well if you dont take into consideration Made in Japan
Not a patch on Burn.[DOUBLEPOST=1391373964][/DOUBLEPOST]

He played on Sabbath's Never Say Die album in 78. Great keyboards on Johnny Blade and Air Dance.

I'll be honest and say i don't think our paths crossed but only because of timings. He'll know my mate at the time Tony Dennis who is still with Ozzy now. He'll definitely know Sharon and Tony and probably quite a few others i could mention.
I can't remember if Don was at Ozzy's house at Butt Lane in Ranton, Shropshire when i went there. I don't want to sound rude but it was a bit chaotic and a long time ago.
I was around the first tour but i was quite young and ended up in the SF.
