Decent restaurants in Sunderland

Fair enough, I believe it was low quality but had potential. It resembled a poor man's Zar Zar Baazar. With better quality food, greater hygiene and a more vibrant atmosphere, it could have made the grade I think.
Suppose it depends on the day we both went. The first time it was canny. I remember the fresh tandoori stuff, and the tappanyaki was spot on.
But the last time I went it was pretty bad.
