Why do people always wait for a space and cause a big traffic jam??

A lass in front of me in her big people carrier stopped in front of me on the ground floor and put her indicator on.

I looked what she was waiting for and it was an old fella who didn't look like he was leaving yet but he was looking rushed by her waiting.

I beeped and had to carefully edge by and told her that there's a lot more spaces on the floors above.

All I got back was "ah dinnit care! Am waitin ere!"

It annoys me that people treat them like gold dust and wait for other people getting in their car and leaving instead of going further up.

Yes. It tells you how many spaces are on each floor but people always seem to wait for others leaving a space and cause a jam. That's why you have to queue to get in.

There's never a problem for a space if you just go straight up.
