Yeah, watched him play for the Lads. Still a horrible odious shit. Picking on Trott who had his problems, Root who looks like a schoolboy, and now shouting "speak English" to Sharma. Arsehole.

He's a real piece of work..horrible bloke

Nothing more than a bully.

A complete wanker of a man; just like his buddies Johnson, Starc and Clarke. Wankers.

come the ashes if england dont score at 3.5 an over a day, they will lose for the first time in 14 years an ashes series in england

under moores and cook it is highly unlikely. however it will also come down to who bats better from 5 wickets down.

We've had winners in our team, and sledgers like Freddie "watch the windows Tino" Flintoff, but without being a horrible little shit.

And a lot of nice guys for whom winning might be a happy consequence.

Said it before on here, will say it again..... A twat, a massive twat, a massive, ill educated, boorish, knuckle dragging c.untish twat.

Great batsman tho.

And the last bit is the only bit that really counts.

It is to be fair but as Ive mentioned on here before, there are plenty of nice guys at the top of sport. The idea that you can be brilliant whilst behaving badly is bollocks

In years to come, Warner will be remebered as a great batsman but a really unpleasant twat.

I know you don't need to be a bad guy to be good performer.
My fear is that being a good guy is a main criterion for the selectors....the difference is that so called bad guys, (within reason of course), are accommodated by the best teams. I am not convinced the England set up would have Warner in their side.

Warner would have never got past county junior level , they would have "weeded him out " for a nose clean boy. He is a cxnt though and wants banging clean out on the square.

Not sure 'being a good guy' is the main criterion. If KP is to be believed, Prior, Swann and Broad are arseholes. Jimmy's run-ins with Jadeja were not the actions of a 'good guy'. The main criterion is toeing the line and sticking to 'the plan' IMO.

Can't disagree there.

Fair points too. You get where I'm coming from about Warner though? He wouldn't be anywhere near our set up, imho.

If Mickey Arthur was still in charge, he'd be nowhere near Australia's set-up! (or Johnson or Watson for that matter)

Other that Pietersen, who is a shadow of the player he once was - and we bent over backwards to accommodate when in form - which bad lads do you think are not getting a fair crack of the whip from England? Stokes?
