David Moyes' SAFC Record

Had no money to spend iirc.

This despite spending the same or more than the likes of WBA, Stoke, Bournemouth and Hull.
About £15m net spend for a side that finished 4th off bottom last season and has been shit for years

You said he was "unlucky" that Anichebe got injured. It's not bad luck to lose a player that is pretty much permanently injured is it

So by that logic you presumably accept that we only stayed up LAST season because we were very, very lucky to get a run of games out of Kirchoff?

:lol::lol:

We didn't stay up by luck

We stayed up because we got off enough points ffs

"Moyes is unlucky"

So no then, there's still a five year black spot.

It's not 15 million "net spend" at all

Why are we so far behind hull and the rest of them who spent less than us then?

Really? Sweeper about an hour ago

"He dealt with the Kone situation well, he brought Anichebe in out of nowhere and was very unlucky that he got injured".

:oops::oops::rolleyes:

Yes, those are examples of things that I think he's done well.

Again - I'm not the one claiming he should be judged after less than one season. It's a long term job for anyone and the sooner people realise that, the sooner we can get on with it.

Or we can just keep up the same, increasingly damaging rinse and repeat routine. Sack, spend, sack, spend. New transfer policy, new plan every 10 months.

We've been f***ing minging for years let it sink in that Ryan f***ing Mason chose Hull over us in the summer

Let it sink in that David Moyes wanted to pay 10 million for Ryan mason

I rest my case

Moyes fault.

It is

He wanted to pay 10 million for Ryan Mason

Do you ever actually post an argument? Or do you just click on threads and randomly post emoticons?

Yes but you just ignore the points

You're wrong, get over it.

So, and I'll quote you yet again. All Moyes has done well this season is not sell Kone, and been unlucky that the injury ridden Anichebe got injured. You have nothing else.

Bored of this now

No - thats not what I said. I'm not privy to what goes on behind the scenes and what he does day to day, so I picked two examples where I think he's clearly done something well which is plainly obvious from the outside looking in.

I'm just not naive enough to equate his performance completely - or even to be honest primarily - with results on the pitch this season. To say he's got mitigating circumstances to point to is a massive understatement.

Did he want to pay £10m for Ryan Mason? Have you been working in the club office during the transfer window?

Yes he did

So you're now saying this didn't happen

He also paid 8 million for pappy

I guess that didn't happen too

I've no issue with him paying £8m for Pappy. That's the going rate these days for an average PL centre half.

How do you know the details of our bid for Mason? Do you work for the club?

Which manager in the past five years has had a good record? Which manager inherited this sort of mess? We've been getting steadily worse and worse for years precisely because we never give anyone the time they need to sort it out.

You and the rest of the idiots may well get your wish, but I guarantee you we'll be right back here after a while with you shouting your mouth off about another "shit manager". We'll keep going round and round in circles, like we have done for years, until the club grows some stones and gives someone a chance to completely rebuild this f***ing mess.

He's been rancid for ages now. Sticking with a f***ing shit manager is the idiotic thing to do. He's demonstrated absolutely fuck all to suggest he's capable of bringing us back up.

Don't forget that he actually inherited a squad that had found a bit of form towards the end of the season... Which he just ended up dismantling like a f***ing dick.

Is a total, utter waste of money man. 8m for someone who can't make the first team in a f***ing shit squad. A complete waste.
