Seen the strip in the club shop in the galleries yesterday and fuck me it's awful.

The yellow is so bright you need sun glasses and the orange looks pink.

Should dazzle the opposition then, especially with this great new Swedish signing.

Re: [BBC] Sunderland sign David Moberg Karlsson from IFK Gothenburg

We know less about his one than rest? One for the future apparently?

Never heard of him but Gerrin anyway.

Can he play in goal?

Swedish Mackem who I presume knows him better then anyone says he is one of the most talented youngsters in Sweden which is a good accolade. Plus I presume this is Angeloris work so have full faith

Yeah this. I actually have a good feeling about this young 'un, much like I do about the young lad from Altrincham. I also like the way the club are seemingly really researching their targets and picking low risk options rather than blowing 9 mill on young inexperienced strikers from the Championship ( no offence to CW btw )

Ticket season holder at Ifk Gothenburgs games so I have seen him a lot. He played upfront with Toby Hysén during the spring but lost his place in the starting line up a couple of games ago (maybe because of this transfer). He can also play at the left wing but he has played his best games upfront.

Great pace, good technique and shot and he seems to be a pain in the ass to play against cause he never stop running.

Have missed A LOT a great chances, that´s why his scoring record looks so bad.

Good potential to be a good player in the future but it would surprice me a lot if he is involved in the PL this season.

He loved the training ground in Sunderland he told a Swedish newspaper. He is also looking forward to the training camps in Italy and Hong Kong so I guess that he will be involved there.

Sunderland told him that they like players with high speed and good technique and that´s why they signed him.

Here is the interview with him (in Swedish)

Talent spotting of promising youngsters from around the world is something that a lot of clubs do but we never really have, I'm loving this change in strategy

Not so worred about the goal record as many, he's very young and so often young players will lack that bit of composure.

Cheers marra

So if he was more composed, he'd be a good quality premiership striker?

Hopefully, Di Canio can teach him that
