You looking forward to matchplay few bets no doubt

Be a huge miss not having Dave Clark presenting , he is a fantastic presentor and an inspiration to how he has kept going through his awful illness.

Difficult one to call really given it's behind closed doors. On one hand some will prefer the behind closed doors atmosphere as some perform better at the Pro Tour events (Barnsley, Wigan), but this time it's over a longer spell as opposed to the usual pro tour of 11 legs (semi and final excluded).

top half of the draw is brutal.

potential for anderson vs wade in round 2 with the winner playing mvg in 1/4s, with the winner of that half playing rob cross or micheal smith if all goes to seeding

peter wright vs glen durrant in round 2 is a potential tie which will be an absolute cracker.

tough one to call as it will be so weird. will look more later in the week, so many good players.

Value as long as mvg doesn't win I'm tempted to bet on aspinall

Ian White could be a decent e/w bet at 50/1. Seems to thrive in events with no crowd there

Ian White is a very good player behind closed doors, forever bottles it on the main stage with an audience, so it may well suit him. Top class 32 in this competition though. A lot of high averages this week in the summer series, some were losing games averaging 105+.

Pleased to see Ryan Joyce in the Matchplay having won his 1st PDC title this week, he's a good player.

Gabriel Clemens and Jose De Sousa are two very good players, who are unseeded.

So much talent

Laura Woods already does the afternoon session at the worlds so could be a straight promotion for her, but she already does a lot of premier league football.

Dave Clark will be hard to follow
