What did you want from him today? In all seriousness, RVP wouldn't net in that team.

Re: Will Danny Graham ever score for Sunderland?

I think he might get one in pre-season. In a competitive game? No idea.

I still think he will be a decent squad player. He's never a lone striker and has been left in a horrible situation where he's the only fit striker at a club riddled with injury, suspension and on their backs. With a full squad and a decent forward line he will be ok to have on the bench. He's not totally shit like most think...

Re: Will Danny Graham ever score for Sunderland?

predicted to Gary Bennet last week the he would not score a single goal for the Lads... terrible performance today except for 1 ball across the box.... he too far from any of our players to be effective, in fact its as though he was playing on his own..

Now dont have a go at me for saying that but most pairings either sess and him, McClean (now that is another story) Johnson or when Fletch comes back would work because he cant fathom that you need to be no more than 20-30 feet away from your partner.. Graham is miles at times...Nee brain or just plain too slow.

he beat dawson and made Lloris pull off a very good save? bit of perspective ;)

I agree nothing better for a sub role for us Imo

He's not shit; he's a pro footballer & he can do things with the ball that the rest of us can only dream of doing. However he's far, far short of being a Premiership striker. He's looked dreadful. Embarrassingly out of his depth at times.
