Re: SSN bid made for Danny Graham

If he does sign for us he needs to brush up on his history, he's from Gateshead, and we voted them to stay in the football league while the vermin up the road voted them out, so take heed Danny boy !!!

In other 'real' news

@sorourkeITV: #SAFC N'Diaye ready to play, but MON admits it's a tough judgement call with a young player new to the EPL. Mangane "short of match fitness".

@YoungSunEcho: Lee Cattermole has suffered an injury setback in a training game yesterday. "Doubtful" for tomorrow #SAFC

Looks that way.

Re: SSN bid made for Danny Graham

:lol::lol:

Which includes cup competitions (where he's almost a goal a game) and the Championship season with Watford (better than 1 in 2).

His top flight record is 16 in 66, for Swansea only it's 15 in 52.

Overall in his career, where 80% of his goals have come outside the top flight, he is just short of 1 in 3.

Granted that includes sub appearances and it's only statistics, which never tell the full story, but it's hardly a line to go tub-thumping about.

He's a 27 year old average journeyman striker, who Swansea are prepared to sell for quite a low fee and replace with Big Kenny Jones (who we know all about) who comes with additional baggage.

We not entering the cups next season like? Cup goals not count if you're a mag?

release him into the fore then I say

Re: SSN bid made for Danny Graham

please explain

We've let Saha leave after a shite period with us. Campbell looks set for cardiff and Ji is on loan. That leaves us just fletch and Connor. So MON is getting a established (abeit only a season and a bit) prem player on the cheap, so we are not left short in the striking department.

If he wasnt a mag, people wouldnt have any problems at all.

Re: SSN bid made for Danny Graham

On reflection and, having thought about it, I have realised what a tit I was coming across on this matter. He's a proven PL performer, will add strength in depth and who gives a fuck who someone supported as a lad?

I apologise to anyone I was arguing with, you were right (not about Clark though)

Not me gluey, I would sign Brian Kilcline if he would improve the team.
