As much as I've got my reservations about signing Graham, drawing comparisons between him and Chopra is grossly unfair. Chopra is a complete mess of a human being, Graham seems normal enough from what I can see.

I'd rather go for someone with more potential, but I trust in Martin, whatever he decides I'll get behind it. Unless it's to play Bardsley at right back, I'm not getting behind that. ;)

Interesting news from a colleague who saw Danny Graham pulled out of Swansea team meeting this aft for conversation with a couple of suits >

< at hotel. Makes you wonder what what was being discussed! A move, perhaps?

i honestly couldn't give a shiny if chopra took a piss on the stokoe statue in relation to Graham. Just because they both support Newcastle, there is no other connection whatsoever. Haven't came through the same academys etc.

Should we assume you are the same as all south Africans?

No you should not.

But if you were brought up hating and despising a certain team, how on God's earth could you play for them?!
Could you?

I like to think there is still some passion and glory in football. I feel empty inside at the thought of signing him.

If he shows passion and celebrates with the fans whilst playing for SAFC, I am sure the doubters and I will forget.

He's an alien and is meeting Will Smith and
Tommy Lee Jones with that pen thing. This will not only erase his memory but all anti Sunlund twitter, Facebook and programme comments he made.

Course I have passion and hate the mags, but if they offered me a contract and it was the best move for my career then I would make the move, without a doubt.

I could never do it. I would be embarrassed to walk on that pitch.

Truth is we have no idea what he is going to be like or how he will conduct himself.
I would just prefer avoiding a potential problem child, saving the money or spending it on someone else.

You wouldn't give up a cup final to move to Newcastle when you were probably guaranteed about the same amount of playing time, right?

I would just love it if the whole thing was a smokescreen.

He'll get a medal if he leaves anyway.

And we don't know the situation, MoN might have said he is considering playing 4-4-2. We will have to see what happens.

There was an article last week that said Fletcher told MON that he'd play better with another out and out striker.
