He is mate. Advocaat like him as well a reckon. Think he might get the nod for Leicester, depending on what happens transfer wise obviously. Up to Fletcher then, but I think theres a good player there. Needs to help himself more, but also we need to play to his strengths as well.

Very good player in there.

probably hasn't helped him playing in a side that creates next to nothing.

That last part is absolute shite

You've not seen the Twitter feeds by some Tottenham fans about him.

"That's Sunderland guaranteed relegation."

"The best bit of transfer news I've heard all summer."

I'll concede it wasn't all bad about him.

Any chance you could identify who posted those comments and how credible they are?

I can't find the relegation remark, however, the "best bit of transfer business" one is repeated here.

If this is the only bit of transfer business spurs do till the start of the season I will still be happy...... The only bad bit about it all was when ever I saw Kabul in the starting line up I knew there was a bet to made that we would conceded goals and more than likely loose.... Still I am happy to not win and spurs start winning COYS...

I agree, although I think Graham deserves credit for the way he came back after being poorly treated by both Di Canio and Poyet.

He does deserve credit but I think the minimum we should expect from him is maximum effort, which he did show.

The fact is he has scored one goal which he was trying to jump out of the way of anyway.

Get rid, I would take a couple of million just to get him off the wage bill.

It's a sign that our Spurs lack Quality depth when mostly mid and bottom table teams are making offers for our players..Villa, Sunderland...

He undoubtedly gets stick but some of it even his biggest fan would concede is justifiable. For a bloke his size he gets knocked around far too easily and his decision making at times drives you mad.

I genuinely hope he comes good but 'potential' is a word that is more often than not in the football world followed or preceded by the word unfulfilled.

At some point there will be a decision made - I think unlike some of his predecessors Advocaat is willing to give Wickham a chance - but now is the time he must deliver.

Just to the point out he is 1 year older than the "youngster" watmore
