Danny Graham on way home

He had a chance last season and in every training session he's had since Di Canio joined. He isn't good enough. I was surprised we signed Graham, he's the type of player we'd have signed 5/6 years ago. Not now. Then again, O'Neill did seem clueless in the transfer market.

Exactly that.

Re: Ssn Danny boy sent home

Hope it's permanent, we would gain nowt long term with a loan

I would normally agree but we need to get his value up.

If he goes to Hull and scores that could happen

There were many on here who sang his praises before we signed him, saying he was just what we needed, what a good goals per games ratio he had etc.

Oh how wrong you all were, anyone care to admitting they were happy when we signed Graham?

Poor post.

He has been very bad

But there were many who wrote him off immediately.

PDC will make some poor signings to, happens to everyone

I said i would judge him on his performances not where he came from , and said we needed a back up for Fletcher. I stand by the second - we'd not have got the win against the mags without him, where he was decent i thought, he definitely got better. But general i think he's bang average.

I got dogs abuse on here off the happy clappers because I dared to suggest that buying Swansea's reserve forward probably wasn't the best way to turn us into a top half team.

On the other hand, his value's only dropped massively amongst our support, if he has a whole season being poor at relegated Hull, we're on a loser.

It could.

What I also guarantee will happen if he does that is that there'll be a mini meltdown on here saying "we should have kept him, why did we let him go?"

I say firmly, get rid.

This, and while I won't knock his work rate and application, he never cut it here. And I don't think a bad half season has knocked 2-3 mil off his value either. Think he'll go for a bit less than what we paid for him.

gutted it didnt work out and i wish him the best for the future!

This, it was always a hit the ground running or your fucked situation he was never gonna get a true crack of the whip.

I'm not disagreeing that he isn't shite but I've seen other shite get more of a chance

They were going to be forking out 4.3 million on Charlie Austin, unproven in the Premier League. I would be looking for all of that and another million or so if they stay up.

They have a weak hand.
