Maguire all day. I think he is highly unlucky to not be going.
Burn can place multiple positions. That must be the reason Tuchel selected him.
Given he selected Ivan Toney it is hard to argue anyone else being unworthy. Bit surprised Hall wasn’t selected mind.

I think this is the best description I saw on twitter about Tuchel one of his most effective qualities is that he doesn’t give a toss what you, I or anyone else thinks of the squad he’s picked. He’ll have a ridiculously detailed plan, and he’ll live or die by that plan

Only time will tell if he has gotten it right.

If Toney scores in the penalty shootout, against USA, to win the Final…. He will be vindicated.

Don’t know where you get that from… I suggested Rigg wouldn’t have had any expectations of making the squad. You can take it from that that I don’t think any of us thought he would be included either.

I’ll stick by my opinion that the decent SAFC players who could have had more caps were (collectively) treated quite unfairly by successive England managers… so really not interested in England or the jingoistic s***e that accompanies them every time there’s a tournament these days.
