Current stats - motivation

Im hoying my current stats up on here as a bit of a motivational tactic so that they're out there.

I know these machines are not exactly great as they don't give accurate readings especially when it comes to body fat % but they're the best I'm going to get.

My aim is to drop into the <20% body fat range in 10 weeks, so I'll post again half way through showing progress and then again around the 5th May.

I'm a big set lad, using those stats even at 17.5% fat I'd be 213lbs and still classed as overweight. But aye at the moment I'm carrying a bit extra round the middle.

I wouldn't trust the body fat calculation mind.
 
First setback, fucked my right hand doing HIIT heavy bag work...had to have a few days off, and still not right so heading back to gym for leg work only.
