Current scoreboards

You know why they stopped it originally dont you?

We played Barnsley at hone not long after the stadium opened and the scoreboard said that there was something like 2 minutes injury time.

Barnsley scored the winner well after 3 minutes and it kicked off inside the ground

They used to do it. Remember the Barnsley game well. I wonder if the same thing happened at other grounds ie fans going ape shit when opposition scored after the stated injury time?

I believe it was more the players and coaching staff pointing at the scoreboard constantly, and a lack of understanding that you can generate stoppage time in stoppage time, and if the amount to be added on is 4 minutes 25 seconds, you can’t put 4:25 on the scoreboard - it’s so unlikely that there’s exactly x minutes and 0 seconds to add on

They should just stop the clock whenever the ball is dead so that we actually get 90 min games. The time added on at the end is nothing more than a rough guess and it's always miles out.
This.

Stop the clock for injuries, substitutions and when goals are scored and simply restart when necessary.
