Did it a few times, was ok decent way to get a reasonable level of overall fitness. Quite liked the gymnastics bits that I was terrible at.
Some of the technique and stuff in the classes was a disaster waiting to happen though. The coaches were pretty good overall but it’s just not conducive to good technique.
 
As said by many, they're a jack of all trades, master of none.

Based around Olympic lifts, which are incredibly technical, they give you a set weight and tell you to do an insane amount of reps in a given time, form undoubtably fails. Proper oly gyms seldom work above three reps and even then it’s a stage of the lift, not the full lift.

Know a few people who do it and every single one of them is held back by poor form from the videos I’ve seen.
 
It's not that they don't pay attention. It's just there's a fundamental problem in that a coach simply can't keep an eye on the technique of that many people at once.

And once you pay attention to appropriate technique theyd have to stop doing a lot of the stuff they do
