NoTop end beer or marketed at people with more money than sense?
Yup. Five and a half quid on tap here.Standard price for a top end beer!
£8 on a can, I stand corrected, absolute helmets with more money than sense.Blues mate.
No
Plenty on here spend eight quid on a can. You pay for what you get, and often these are coming in at high abv.
Some literally look at how much they can get for as little as possible. It'll be shite by comparison but if that's what you're like, fair enough.
Haway man £5.50 is not that bad for a pint of draught but £4.95 a can.Blues mate.

Hope you're taking your time and are marvelling in the state of euphoria it brings with every mouthful.

Like anything in life, you pay for quality. If you can afford and enjoy it, I don't know why you'd sit in the house drinking shite gear when you can buy superb stuff you actually enjoy.Top end beer or marketed at people with more money than sense?
Tell me about this £8 a can you drink, I'm missing out.Or just spend money on things you enjoy.
Do you sit in the house in £1000 worth of clobber?Like anything in life, you pay for quality. If you can afford and enjoy it, I don't know why you'd sit in the house drinking shite gear when you can buy superb stuff you actually enjoy.

I don't give a toss about designer clothes so, no (I'm also aware of the in-joke ).Tell me about this £8 a can you drink, I'm missing out.

I've not tried it, it doesn't mean I don't like it.I don't have an £8 can. You're only missing out if you like it but doesn't sound like you do.

Depends on what you deem value. Why drink a £30 bottle of wine when you can get 2 for a fiver?I've not tried it, it doesn't mean I don't like it.
It's a case of value for money, is having a £4.95 can more value than supping a pint whilst out for £5.50.
How the hell is it £4.95 a can, I stand by my posts.
Because the ingredients cost a fortune and you're buying from places that don't have the economies of scale to buy them in bulk. The margin on the cans is super low.I've not tried it, it doesn't mean I don't like it.

I don't have a problem spending money on a pint but I wouldn't expect a can to retail at a fraction less than the draught pint in a pub.Depends on what you deem value. Why drink a £30 bottle of wine when you can get 2 for a fiver?
Bit you're also missing is these micro pubs double up as a shop and sell cans as well so people are not just buying them to take home. They are having them poured into a glass and supping them in the pub in the same way they would a pint on tap.I've not tried it, it doesn't mean I don't like it.

Would you not enjoy a £2 bottle of beer off the shelf?I don't give a toss about designer clothes so, no (I'm also aware of the in-joke ).
People spending money on things they enjoy shocker.

I'll ask the farm shop to slap some jam on a piece of bread next time I go.Bit you're also missing is these micro pubs double up as a shop and sell cans as well so people are not just buying them to take home. Depends what it is. Price doesn't always dictate the quality. Guinness is my go to beer and it's one of the cheapest in the country.Would you not enjoy a £2 bottle of beer off the shelf?
Random, but if that's what you're into.I'll ask the farm shop to slap some jam on a piece of bread next time I go.
