Love the NZ hops. I recently brewed a Motueka pale and it is lovely and refreshing, got a lot of key lime pie flavour from it .
Quite like Idaho 7, different strokes and all that! I currently dislike citra, which is quite hard to get away from!Best thing you can do is learn your hops. I'd recommend to anyone to try as many single hop beers as you can so you can build an understanding of what different hops taste like (roughly anyway, they'll always somewhat different due to other factors).
I'll avoid Sabro in anything, and can easily pick it out of any beer in a blind taste test. It overpowers all other hops with its coconut flavour, even if it isn't the predominant hop. I'm wary of Idaho 7 too (though nowhere near as much as Sabro!) as it can give off tea-like flavours which I'm not keen on.
