Craft Beer

Some motley crew looking pilsner, tasted like a west coast IPA. It was nice. Fancied the topic (as in the chocolate bar) stout but I saw it after I ordered. Will have to go back there, didn't know it existed was walking past on the way from the metro to the Marriott. If the Mrs is much longer I'm going to walk back.

Was overtone plum the name? that sounds nice.
Tell you what it's was the best thing in the world compared to the San Miguel in the Marriott
The brewery are Overtone (based in Glasgow) and the gose was called Soor Ploom.

No idea what they must to between the Spanish and UK brewing licenses. It tastes nice in Spain.

It's not very often I can say I regret not ordering the carlesburg
The San Miguel brewed in Spain is a different abv and recipe to the UK version. It's 5.4 abv there vs 5 here (I think). The difference is night and day, even if the stuff in Spain is also average when it comes to good lager.

Not sure it's happening anymore, but for a spell during covid you could get the imported cans in Morrisons.

Having a few cans watching the match on Saturday.

Think I’ll do them 4 Siren Caribbean ones first cos they’re getting on me tits just sitting there.
S43s new honey imperial stout, over 11%, landing on Friday. Shall be amongst it.
That sounds a bit special like. You going to the brewery for it?
