Craft Beer

Spot on. Early days but looks like they are getting it together with the can/take outs. Loads in now from the likes of Almasty and Full Circle. The fella is good crack.

Have a neb at their Instagram.
Might pop in week after next good to see micro pubs etc doing really well, I will be going in vaux as soon as possible as well.

think this may be a little on the strong side but I got one in a crate today so will give it a go

Ten days off work , starting it with Threefold from S43, it’s sensational.
Correct.

Whats the crack with people on here. Are you the type that just buys one only? Buys one and revisits? I ask as I know some who have a can of something, say its class but never revisit. I tend to buy a few different, and my faves I will load up on. Then repeat.

Always buy one, cos I want to try e erythema once, then if it’s mint, buy again.

Nipped into Doxy Park Morrison’s today to get another couple of Omnipollo Mudcakes, sold out. Bought the Tiny Rebel 99 a couple of times cos it was that good. Bought a few Brew York’s, Empress Tonkokos a few times. If Brew York’s Espresso Patronum or Vocations Banofee Pie comes back out, I’ll buy a handful.

Supermarket stuff, I’ll pick up a couple most times I’m in

Sort of same with me. Looper for example, will always have at least four in and will refill whilst buying others. Currently got about thirty individuals and three or four where I've got a few (I've currently got three of TRs 99).

Just seems odd when some say a certain tin is superb but never get another.

Nah, get it again, but I’m always on the hunt for the next amazing one.

Good to have a few Roaster Coasters, or Buxton Costa Rican Porters on standby though

I will pretty much only buy a beer once like, there's too many to try to bother with the same thing twice. I rarely drink in the house though, so that probably drives it. If a good beer gets brewed again later in the year or whatever I'll get stuck back in though.

Always got a fridge full. Mostly new stuff, revisit the ones I really really like.

This. Some I'll buy a couple of if I'm pretty sure I'll like it, mostly just singles. If I really like something I'll buy another.

There's a few supermarket ones I keep as spares/fridge fillers and a few core beers I'll often add to an order as I know I love them, Looper, Almasty Believe etc.

Hope fade though so trying to keep a steady rotation.

I usually only buy the same beer once really , unless it’s something exceptional like that Cloudwater Continuous Improvement, the way some of the best brewers are knocking out beers every few weeks these days you always have something new to try.

Order most of my stuff online so tend to just buy things once. I don’t think I drink as much as a few on this thread so barely scratch the surface of what’s available with that approach. If I’m in a bar and they have something I’ve really liked before on draft then I’ll definitely get it.

I’m anticipating my home drinking pulling right back from here on in. For instance, today, work day out. I might have a couple when I get in, I’ve got a couple of Guinness that’ll do the job. Not wasting my good ones if I’ve been on a session.

That will possibly be the story here on in. Tickets for Stone Valley & Kubix 26th & 3rd, lockdown lift permitting. That means drinking whatever’s available out of plastic glasses for the music, rather than enjoying 3/4 good ones in the house.

Also moving out for a few weeks while the house is worked on. Can’t be smashing in Impys sitting next to me mother in law on the settee watching Vera.

Some might say that’s the perfect time to be drinking impys!

My home drinking’s already dropped last couple of weekends. Did a big restock a couple of weeks back and have hardly touched them. Out again tonight as well.
