Two good teams, both going for the win.
A draw just about right, but Everton will be disappointed they didn't win.
question. What will Bruce do when Gyan is fit?

Played some great stuff on the ground then spoilt it with hoofs..yet again losing possession needlessly.

Great advert for the premiership that. Two teams properly going for it. Even though we drew, really enjoyed it. Welbeck was fantastic

Not great for me getting excited and saying 'for fucks sake Bent!' at the top of my voice as our lass is on the phone to her mother!

How great is it to see the lads have a right go at it. Defended like warriors and attacked with pace whenever they could. So refreshing and i am so proud of the team at the moment. Long may it continue. FTM

enjoyed watching it, good team everton, cant believe the start to the season they had.
gutted we couldnt hold out, but a draw a fair result, would have been a real sickener if beckford had scored at the death.
Looking forward to Gyan coming back next game, we will be in with a shout around 7th place come May imo, maybe just missing out but even so, happy with how things are going just now.

A good result considering how many of our players have played internationals this week. We looked tired (except Welbeck) and Bent got no real service.

Ricco goes from the sublime to the ridiculous and we should get rid.

I was just wondering that. At the moment, I'd have to say drop Bent.

Good game, good game. Point was a Brucie Bonus.

Against Wolves if Gyans fit I would have Bent and Gyan up front with Welbeck out left. Danny will do a job anywhere and one of his biggest assests is his workrate in closing down their defenders which he can do equally as effectively out left and pull inside when the play switches to the right.
Against the better teams Bent could be on the bench.

I wish we got the three points, but I sat there in a quiet Kent pub, drinking alone, I don't think anyone else was even watching, and had a great evening.

Is that sad? :)

Hats off to Everton they played really well, missed Gyan and Bramble tonight.Bent looks really unfit wasnt even walking comfortably.Wellbeck playing really well and Bardsley.Gordon, anton,Nedum and Henderson all looked really shakey tonight.

mate from burnley was around tonight watching the match. Kept saying how shit ferdinand was(and he was, no confidence in him lately)but also said for the neutral that it was a really enjoyable game. I thought as mentioned before loads of hoofin and unlike with chelsea, gave everton far too much space/time on the ball.get straight in and force mistakes! howevr a point when it could easily have been a defeat.onwards.......................
