I've had some broken bones in my 70 years, ankle, wrist, sneb, but by far the worst pain was a cracked rib. Strap it, and put up with the agony unfortunately !

Cracked my ribs on 2 separate occasions, both off football!Took weeks and weeks each time to get back 100% and I'm not sure they were even cracked.
