Coventry City eviction notice

Aside what happened in 1977 which half the posters going about this weren't even alive, I would think no one involved with Coventry now were anywhere near running the club then. I think people need to move on. I also know that some of the away support from Coventry have been dicks but let's not forget we've got our own supply of them as well. I may be in the minority but I don't want to see them go the way of Bury.
Agree , the football club is everything to a proper supporter.

people fail the owners and directors test all the time...
why would anyone at newcastle fail the owners and directors test..the reasons to condemn them are not relevant to the current test.

Such as?
thats because they dont publicise the failed ones..they just fail them.
but laurence bassini failed it..

They don't publicise who has failed the O&D test but you know there's loads who fail all the time?

well here is one example froma few weeks ago..https://www.rugbynetwork.net/boards/read/s130.htm?129,17222780

and another one...https://www.football.london/championship/charlton-athletic-face-uncertain-future-18735042

massimo chellino failed it and was forced to sell leeds..

The league dont abnnounce names but they do confirm that loads fail it

ive named three...the FA wouldnt kow they dont do the tests..

Cellino wasn't forced to sell Leeds because he failed the test. He'd been banned previously, granted but he actually passed the O&DT. As did Elliott at Charlton initially. He didn't take over Charlton due to another legal issue with Sandgaard and East Street Investments.

I've mentioned one case in which the purchasers, regardless of personal dealings, got through on money and money alone. The O&D test is non existent if if can be circumvented with money.

cellino failed the test during his ownership because he for a conviction..ie he passed because he had no conviction..then got a convictions o failed and so sold up
east street investment smight have covered up why they couldnt buy the club by saying it was a different issue..but three of them failed the test
