Coventry City eviction notice

I don't know if they have the capacity to build a new ground (potentially nearer the actual city - it's a nightmare to get to)? But no doubt another club will save them once again in the short term. Someone like Birmingham would probably love the extra revenue to pay for their own ground updates.

Will the FA actually do something about this shit show now?

They’ve played more game outside of the City of Coventry than inside these past few years. It’s an absolute joke.

They need to enforce the 6 mile rule this time and kick the sky blue filth out if they can't comply.

This news has made my day btw
Wonder why Ashley bought the ground just to have it empty?

No idea but if he goes through with it I'll be eternally grateful to him.

Birmingham is more than 6 miles from Coventry so they shouldn't be allowed to play there.

Do you think the FA and football league, who allowed an existing club (Wimbledon AFC) to be 'franchised', sold off and moved 70 miles away from its community - will step in and do anything to support a club and its fans? No, me neither.
