Council buys Norfolk Hotel

It's a start like however the issue is it's surrounded by other doss houses and is in generally a crap area.
That sounds like great news. It may just be talk at the moment but it appears that the new leader is driving some positive change.

Agreed, seems to be doing a really good job.
 


Good move if they can get private investors to make it into something other than a doss house.
One thing that puts people off Sunniside is the amount of undesirables roaming about and this could be a step in the right direction.

I genuinely believed there was Norfolk Inn chance they’d buy that building.

Imagine if this was in Newcastle and they would have invented football plus 32 page pull-outs in the Chronic

He moved to Essex when he was still a baby mind so it's difficult to build up any kind of relationship with the town other than he was born here.
