Could it turn nasty on Tuesday?.

I think it might be a very tense night with a bit of an undercurrent of frustration bubbling away. If we go behind I think the players will get a lot of grief. Most won't turn on Parkinson, poor blokes not even had a week to work with them. With the investment seemingly near to coming in I doubt Donald will get too much stick. No one will likely be arsed to shout about Hill and Coton. But aye, even allowing for the shit recruitment there's still a feeling that these players should be doing better, if he's on the pitch Grigg might be a target for some.

I just hope we don't have to worry about it. I'm as frustrated as anyone but that really wouldn't help things. With any luck the investment is announced beforehand, or at least we go a goal up early and have a decent win for once. I'm actually hopeful that with Wyke and McGeady out we might play a bit better football
Co sister toy?

Sounds like a double headed dildo for twins

Going not just by the mood on here but other forums, social media and my interactions with other fans who don’t post on internet you get the feeling something is bubbling to the surface and should we go behind on Tuesday it might just boil ower.

I guess news of the investment might bring a few on side for a bit longer but you definitely get the feeling of an undercurrent of emotions coming to a boil.
There is zero chance of this! Anyone who piped up with such crap would be rightly told by everyone around them to shut up or fuck off.
I think about 70% of this board haven’t been to a game for years. Probably kid themselves with the, ‘I’m not going back until (insert manager/owner/player/tea lady) has gone’. They therefore don’t have a clue what reality is like.

We need that bloke off the radio yesterday in the dressing room. He'd sharp tell them.

Then threaten them with the screechy wifey if they underperform.
Was that the loon who was screeching, in a high pitched voice ?
Who ever it was, they were going absolutely doolalley, and getting more and more vexed, as the clock was ticking, towards full time.
It was far better entertainment, than the football, I was listening to.
:lol: :lol::lol:

I thought he/she, was gonna self combust.
How the heck Barnes and Benno, managed to stay composed enough to commentate, is beyond me.
I was just about on the floor, in a heap, laughing my head off. 😂

A bit light relief, to take my mind, briefly, off another dismal, 'performance' from the Lads.

There was a bloke first using "industrial language" then a woman went ballistic

These comments about potentially turning on Parkinson have to be a wind up, surely? I don’t think even the mags turned on Bruce after one game, did they?

Our problem is, we’ve just got rid of a poor manager, and the potential replacements who we know for certain applied, not who we started the rumours on here like Keane btw, we’re all uninspiring, and lower division. Any of us could come back and say we’ll philips, for example, would turn these round, we haven’t a scooby. There’s something wrong at the club, we’ve come from a terrible place under short, and cut costs and brought bang average division 1 players in. Any division 1 manager will make us in to a bang average division 1 team, and that’s what we are. Getting beat by one off the second top team ain’t bad for an average team. We’ve got nothing on yesterday’s performance to suggest we’ll be even top 6 this year, it’s sad how far we’ve come.

But as to who to blame, well probably short and various poor appointments both football and non football, these owners can’t turn this around imho.

I don't believe that the crowd will "turn" on Tuesday if we don't win because I think that most fans are intelligent enough to realise that it takes a little longer than six days for a new manager to have any impact on a team. I presume that in this case his own assistant isn't even in place yet. This doesn't mean however that on the night the fans will be happy with anything less than a win but its very early days for the manager

If Ross had still been here then Tuesday would have been the night it turned (assuming we got beat yesterday, which I'd suspect we would have). Can't imagine people turning on Parkinson individually after less than a week in the job, but if it's a bad result we'll probably start to see the apathy of the last two relegations returning, arguably more corrosive than anger because it can be a lot more pervasive.

Mags turned in Bruce after he was appointed

That's right, I remember Barnes apologising for the language, and the he/she kicked off, afterwards.
And I thought some of the meltdowns on here were comical. 🤣
Hers, was of epic, proportions

Incorrect.
