try rucking for a month before trying to run again it will improve your stamina very quickly .. Use a backpack with 10 per cent of your body weight in... And go hiking ... Good luck..

Not a bad shout, I did West Highland Way and Great Glen Way in summer though so I think am on that track

Just gonna see what happens tomorrow, walked 10 miles today but thighs burning, which I never get, obviously off the run

Week 2 run 1 tonight.
Struggled a bit, but kept at it and finished it. Felt a bit "off" all day at work, and was considering binning it off tonight. Pleased I didn't though, run 2 on Wednesday will be easier.
 
Starting this once I fully recover from this chest infection I have. Started playing footy on a Monday night in a league for fat lads and want to build my stamina up as I’m blowing out me arse after 5 mins.

anyone coped fine with this with asthma?
