Probably wont even show it on MOTD.If it happened to Man Utd or Chelsea SSN would get a good two days out of it. With it being Sunderland it will be largely forgotten outside of Sunderland by Sunday morning

Lineker tweeted about how outrageous it was and that you have to see it to believe it. Fairly sure it will be touched on.Probably wont even show it on MOTD.
Mate, he had a one-on-one and scored. I don't think it gets much more clear than that.
Are u stupid? He scored therefore clear goal scoring opportunity.........
You're probably best off staying out of the argument if you haven't seen it.As I said I haven't seen it but the fact the ball went in the net doesn't necessarily make it a clear goalscoring opportunity.
Sagna was the last man, Jozy had a yard on him & Sagna grabed him around the neck & pulled him back, Jozy shrugged him clear, took a couple of paces & slotted it past the keeper. The keeper got a hand to it & slowed it down, the ball only just rolled over the line before an Arsenal player tried to clear it. Jozy was already behind the goal celebrating. It was clear cut.Can people not read? It's not clear if I didn't f***ing see it.
Not necessarily, not every goal is scored from a CLEAR goalscoring opportunity.
Take the Beckham goal from his own half, if the person that passed him the ball was fouled would that be a clear goalscoring opportunity?
And to clarify, I'm not saying this wasn't a clear goalscoring opportunity. I didn't see it so I asked a question.
I don't buy the corruption lark. We just have incredibly shite refs in Britain.
You only have to compare O'Shea last week. Was O'Shea's challenge that much worse?I think corruption is a very strong word, but I think the referee decided to be cautious and not send the player off because it was Arsenal. If that was one of our players at the Emirates, he would have been sent off imo. I'm not sure if it's corruption or simply a subconscious preconception that giving decisions against bigger teams are more controversial.
I think not playing the advantage was just incompetence though.
Just a terrible decision, move on
That's always the view of those who don't want to admit our game is corrupt. Lets not talk about it, lets not look at the evidence, just get on with it and pretend it doesn't happen.
Yes. We (and other unfashionable clubs) have always been on the end of bad decisions and, by and large, you just get on with it.Those defending it as "just" incompetence are deluded. There's no honest interpretation of the events that unfolded that results in no goal and no red card....one or the other and you can argue a mistake, neither and you're dealing with a cheat.
There is a clue in what their moaning cuntt of a manager is saying too. He blew the whistle before the ball crossed the line, no doubt.....but I will bet it was between the moment Jozy broke clear and the moment the ball went in. He's a cheat and I hope Di Canio calls him such irrespective of any fines and bans.
By committing the foul a goal scoring chance was denied. Fact. The ball went in. So how has the arsenal player remained on the pitch?
The media will act like it never happened and focus on Di Canio getting sent off instead. If it happened to Man Utd or Chelsea SSN would get a good two days out of it. With it being Sunderland it will be largely forgotten outside of Sunderland by Sunday morning
