  8. Do yoga. Downward dog, side planks, bridge etc but not a chore when perving at nubile birds.

    I try to create full body tension throughout my strength training exercises, but in terms of the exercises that I find best, then it would be,

    Stir-the-pot
    Bird dog
    Glute Bridge
    Pallof Press
    Suitcase Carry
    Farmers walk

    Ring rows, press-ups and pull-ups also do a good job.
