I'm thinking of bringing the missus(no) away for a weekend. She wants to go to Copenhagen. Can anyone on here tell me what it's like or make any recommendations? What is it like compared to say Amsterdam, Edinburgh or Brussels?

As mentioned before, if you go here would highly recommend hiring a bike. It’s not a massive city so means you can get around and see everything you want.

Need to get yourself to the Mikkeller pubs as well

Cracking place, esp during the Summer. Bit of a myth about costs for food and drink, yes the tourist places in Nyhaven are expensive but if you know where to look you can pay similar prices to here.

Unfortunately we didn't make the trip because the flights had gone up. We decided on Barcelona instead but we hope to go in the new year.
