Red and white blinkers off...
I dont think it was a deliberate elbow. It was never anything but an accident. Right decision.
Course it was deliberate man.
There's some absolute clueless berks who post on here at times.![]()

Connor will come good playing next to a quick goalscorer. That's the problem. He is more of a link man because his hold up play is superb. He has 2 good feet too.
I'm typing this on a phone berk! You think YOU'RE clever.
Think it should be repoted
He did look good. However he needs to start adding goals to his game. imo he never really looked like he was going to score and yes it was away to Chelsea but still.
Waste of money? Liverpool paid 35 million for Andy Carrol, that should put things in to perspective.
Wickham is a talented footballer, but he's built to be a target man, which he will become a very good one as his touch is really good.
Alongside a goal scorer (Fletcher) and we'll be reaping the rewards. Bare in mind the lad is only 20 and is still developing, he was never bought for an immediate impact. I remember some ex-footballer saying if anyone expects Wickham to impress withing 3 or 4 years they're stupid. He was bought for the future, and when he starts to peak, if we're patient with him we'll have a very good and rare type of player at our club, a target man who's good with his feet.
we must have about 20000 thinking that then
