Concept Albums

Some recent ones (well 21st century and not yet mentioned):

The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots
Green Day - American Idiot
Titus Andronicus - The Monitor
Titus Andronicus - The Most Lamentable Tragedy
Anais Mitchell - Hadestown (now also a big musical, of course)
The Decemberists - The Hazards of Love
Janelle Monae - pretty much every album
Drive By Truckers - Southern Rock Opera
Sufjan Stevens - Illinoise and Michigan (part of his grand plan for an album per state)
Plan B - The Defamation of Strickland Banks
Fucked Up - David Comes to Life

Any recommendations for best concept albums? I'm often intrigued by them and want to see a great band/musician express a big story or theme across an album, but there can be a lot of dross. There's obviously Ziggy Stardust and What's Goin' On? as well as the big rock band ones like 2112 and Operation Mindcrime. But there's also utter shite like this: a Scientology themed concept album
