I really think there's good money in remaking classic games - only changing it to modern interfaces and resolutions. Not changing the gameplay whatsoever other than adding some obvious 21st century things (like proper save games, or multiplayer where it didn't exist before).
Loads of games were great, but are basically implayable now for various reasons.
They don't have to be massive undertakings like Two Point hospital, just get the rights to re-make the game, exactly as is, and give a cut back to the original producers, or something.
