It’s a fine gesture and I’m sure he’s genuine.
I like the bloke.
As a manager though he’s not doing enough even though he’s working in very difficult circumstances.
The gesture won’t do him any disservice either here or elsewhere

Your first comment could be taken to think that a San Marino international could be better than an English player on the fringes of an England call up
It could be, but then again our left back is going to the world cup this summer. I didn't realise San Marino had ever made it that far.
Highly regarded - well, the majority seemed to back both appointments on here. If that's any guide.
Who backed Grayson? His appointment was seen as uninspiring but someone who would keep us up .

Coleman was seen as a coup, but with hindsight and more research into his club career, he was the wrong man.

Want him to stay like, think he will turn it around.
Based on what ?

His hair

Useless manager in desperation to keep his job shocker.

Bet he wouldn't forego what his contract is worth when the rightful sacking talks begin.

fair play to him

I have no problem with Coleman as a bloke, I think he is genuine and means well.

What I find absolutely stunning, is that despite being in the bottom 3 when he took over, and us being in a financial mess, Bain did not put a wage drop in his contract.

What sort of incompetence is that?

I agree with you. As I said on the match thread last night, when Bain popped up on TV sitting in the stand it made me feel physically sick.
The bloke is an absolute charlatan of the highest order, he has a track record of abject failure and is the latest and greatest of Short’s dreadful appointment decisions
