It happens. I've loved this season, no matter what the outcome. I've (we've, I should say!) have three sons, I've been sports mad all my life, played football for many, many years & several other sports too & was slightly disappointed (boo hoo, poor me & my First World angst!) that only one of the loinfruits is interested, but we've been garn together for years & it's so redemptive to see these lads trying their guts out for us, restoring pride & belief. I fully relate to what you're saying & I imagine I'm not the only one, marra.
